Job Summary:
This team member will: perform professional accounting work, including auditing,
analyzing and verifying fiscal records and reports; prepare financial statements
and statistical reports, including budgets, bank reconciliations and other
related documents; provide technical advice and counsel to entry-level
accounting personnel; and other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Qualified
candidates possess: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting
and/or a minimum of five (5) years of nonprofit accounting; extensive
background in planning, budgeting, bank relations, management systems and
reporting, negotiating, supervision and administration; excellent written and
verbal communication skills; superior people/ relationship-building skills;
excellent organizational, follow-through and attention-to-detail skills; ability
to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; ability to work in stressful
situations; computer literacy, including a working knowledge of Grants
Management System , Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.

increasingly responsible experience in fiscal budgeting and
